 Conclusion

Throughout the completion of this case study, I have learned many different aspects of technology integration across the world. It is important that we look at the ideas and successes of other countries and their attempts at integrating technology into the classroom. To read that rural schools in India that do not have safe conditions for their students, let alone technology, are doing everything in their power to try and connect their students with the world through the use of technology is truly motivating. I think this only tells us the importance of technology and the impact that it can have on our students. If rural schools in India are working towards integrating technology, there is no reason why we can’t effectively integrate it at Annapolis Middle School. We have such a wide range of technology and I feel that the administration and teachers take advantage of the technology and don’t realize the true impact that it could have on our students. It is important to realize how lucky we are to have access to the sophisticated technology that we have at our school and we need to provide the appropriate amount of training for our teachers so that they can provide our students with access to technology applications. The world is ever-growing and technology is ever-changing and we need to ensure that our students are prepared for this world outside the classroom door.
